Subject: No Mention of the Promised Decay Rate Change?
There was supposed to be a change in the decay rate or a change to the number of people allowed in each rank per week... Yet, there's no mention of this in the official patch notes.

Was this a broken promise or were the changes just not listed?

I know that I've been "maintaning" my rank for weeks now waiting for the patch in hopes that the changes would allow me the possiblility of gaining rank 13 with my work schedule.

It would be nice to get an official response to this as it appears like a broken promise.

Edit: Thank you Tseric for taking the time to respond. Please, posters, let's keep this positive so that we can continue to clarify the issue, as it applies to the PVP community as a whole.

   Two parts.

You've all got the diminishing returns on HKs down, but we also expanded the ranks to allow more Grand Marshal/High Warlords per realm.

So, acquiring HKs is easier and there is more space to achieve a higher rank.
Now in gel-caps for easy swallowing!
