How do the other posts correspond to the last post? Where is the curve adjustment? How does "more people get allowed into the ranks"?

Pyromancer. Please edit your post title so it doesn't have my name in it. ;) I don't want tripped in the halls by the moderators for answering you.
You are referring to two different things; changes for 1.12 and changes for the expansion.
The honor curve adjustment and the honor decay (per kill) is slated to be put in with the 1.12 patch prior to the expansion.
The other 'significant' changes are in reference to the expansion. The changes being put in for 1.12 will be negated by the changes that will be released with the expansion.
Don't try it, I have more hps than you can imagine.
