Apologies if this has been asked before.

Since it has now been confirmed (barring changes) that you will not be able to level to 70 unless you buy the expansion, what does this mean for the current crop of 60s as it relates to Battlegrounds?

Following trends, it would make sense that there will now be a 60-69 and finally a 70 Battleground bracket. Following this to it's logical conclusion, does this mean without the expansion you are doomed to the lowest tier in a bracket until you pony up? (Barring a reroll of course)

This isn't meant to be inflammatory, I am sincerely curious. Or will there be a 60, 61-69, 70 bracket? Any information here would be swell.

You are correct in your assessment. The current level bracketing will extend to 60-69 and then 70 will begin the new bracket.

As you will not be able to level, you may find yourself grouped more and more with players of increasing level.

The only unknown variables I can think of this time would be any adjustment made to the brackets that deal with things other than level. Such other variables are under consideration, but I have no specifics as to how it would affect this particular situation.
