It was a lot of fun getting to talk to and see so many of you at Comic-Con. Despite having some sort of bizarre sinus infection/cold and losing my voice from talking so much, it was a blast. :)
For the record, I hate pictures of myself, but this is probably one of the worst pictures of me in a long time. I don't blame the photographer though. (Who was great to meet as well.) I blame myself for doing the lazy thing and pulling my hair into a pony tail that day.
Thank you to those that said nice things. To those that didn't, I'd like to see your worst picture put up for the world to see and see what people say. ;)
I'm now looking forward to recovering my voice and getting a bit of rest. Word is there were over 100k attendance on Saturday and they were turning people away. Our booth was virtually always packed from preview night on and thankfully no Alliance/Horde fights broke out. Everyone was able to get a little cozy in the booth and spend some quality time getting their away from WoW, WoW fix. ;)
I look forward to the next time we all get to meet up though hopefully not TOO soon. I still need to recover a little first. ;p

I haven't banned anyone. I've been at Comic-Con for the past 5 days. If the moderators have been doing it, then most likely it's because some people seem to think 1 picture = the sum of the entirety of a person and are saying not so nice things about them. I think the bannings are well founded in that case. It's the old adage, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
I wasn't posting for any compliments. I know it's not a flattering picture of me and I know those are going to exist at some point or another. I'll live; I promise. ;)
I meant what I said. I loved meeting everyone and talking with everyone that showed up. This thread was merely a good place to put that message. I am taking the time to even post from home after being up at 6am, working the Con and driving home another 2 1/2 hours after in the sweltering heat (broken air-conditioning in my car... OUCH). Take the message for what it is. If you weren't there, don't care about this thread or have a bone to pick, take it somewhere else. Just because I tend to prefer to be nice rather than rip people to shreds on the forum doesn't mean I can't if need be.
