I am soooo getting tired of all the secrecy regarding the expansion. I understand that you want to keep certain aspects of it under wraps as to keep the hype etc, but enough is enough. If it was a brand new game and you didn't want competitors to undermine the technology I could totally understand that. However, it's a freaking expansion. It's adding new functionality to the game, not creating new never before seen technological advance that threatens national security.
There's only so many "wait until the expansion" "we can't tell you just yet" etc. before it becomes annoying (which it has). Almost every blue response these days seems to include a "I wish I could tell you, just be patient" portion. Sorry to b*tch but the CM responses lately all sound like a broken record (just like I am sure this post is sounding).

I would like to take this as an appreciation of the situation we're in, but would that be out of place?
Do you think I want to have to say that?
Do you think being upset about the fact I have to say that is going to change anything?
We're on a schedule set forth by Marketing. This is a business plan we have to adhere to.
While I certainly understand your frustration in the matter, look at what you are asking for. We have our reasons, which you want us to dispense with because you don't feel like waiting another month or so. I can't give you what you want when you present yourself that way.

Imagine if they announced a feature in the expansion and between now and final release, they discovered an unfixable fatal flaw in that feature and had to remove it before release....
There would be tons of "YOU LIED TO US" posts and an extremely angry playerbase. So it is prudent not to prematurely announce stuff that they are not 100% sure will be there.
Besides, some stuff is just better left for players to discover instead of just handing it to them.
