Subject: Paid Transfers - Not working? |

I received two emails in the middle of the night saying that my transfers are complete. I went ahead and attempted to log in to the Account Management site to confirm the final step (payment) and it gives me a 404 error.
Normally I'd assume that this is due to the Maintenance on the servers, but a 404 error means the Web Server is having a serious problem contacting another one, page or a resource.
If a CM sees this, could you check to see if this is 'intended behavior' during maintenance or if something else is going on? I want to make sure my account hasn't been lost in DB hell, the Account Management site isn't broken, etc!

The Account Management page is currently down as a part of maintenance. You should be able to resume your transfer once it is back up and accessible.

All realms that are showing on the transfer list are the only ones currently available for transfers. Any other realms to be added will come on a case by case basis.

On the availability list it says that it is unavailable. I don't have any specific information as to why it was changed, however please keep in mind that any availability of servers for transfers can change at any time due to a variety of factors.
I'm sure that as realms are made available we will be notifying people. I don't have a more specific answer for you at this time. Sorry.

Why is the realm I want not listed?
We may remove a realm as an eligible destination for a variety of reasons, including:
- The realm is full or densely populated at this time.
- It has been fewer than 90 days since the realm was launched.
- You are attempting to transfer from a PvE realm to a PvP realm. Characters currently located on PvE realms are only eligible to move to other PvE realms.
- There might be an upcoming free character migration to this realm.
Please note that Blizzard reserves the right to disable paid character transfers to any realm at its own discretion.[ post edited by Nethaera ]
