Subject: Does anyone actually do Fishing?
It's obviously the most boring profession. The only way I see people do it is when they are afk, to avoid being bored out of their heads.
Does anyone do the fishing profession? And why do you do it?

It's not illegal until there's a law against it.

Subject: Re: Does anyone actually do Fishing?
I am one of the few who oddly enough enjoys repetitive gameplay for the mere joy of seeing some rare variable appear. In a previous MMO, which will remain unnamed, I became obsessed with mining and fishing, and fishing in that MMO was what ended a relationship I was in at the time. It was pretty sad, and not tears sad, pathetic sad.

In any case, I do enjoy fishing, but it requires you to either be in a specific mindset or just be going at a specific pace that day. Of course the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/events/fishing/) puts some excitement and competition into the profession. It's not a bad money maker either, especially for a secondary profession.

cutting it all right in two
