Is there any way to use a joystick or other game controler besides the keyboard/mouse standard setup?
thanks

I have heard of gamepads being used, however we only support a mouse/keyboard combo for use with the game. The limitations from a gamepad would likely render the game mostly unplayable once you begin to acquire more abilities/spells, and the thought of using an analog stick in lieu of a mouse makes me break into a cold sweat.

Q u o t e: I've seen a lot of Game Pads. It's simply an addon to the side of the keyboard. A few buttons like to Whisper someone, move forward, backard, etc. Nothing notable when it comes to combat I think.
Traditionally a gamepad is the name used to describe a 'controller', generally used when playing console games. They either contain a digital multi-directional pad, an analog directional stick, or some combination or variation of those, along with a some buttons (3-12). I don't doubt there are some keyboard additions being called 'game pads' now, but that isn't what I was referring to.
