Subject: The 404 !!!
   Anytime I try to access my account on the site, I get a 404 error. I cant even add a gamecard let alone transfer a character. Whats up? Its been like this for hours here.

   Account management was affected by the same hardware issue that caused some realms to go down for the last 10 hours. It should be back online in an hour or so.

   Morning all. (Notice I left out the 'good' part.) ;)

We realize the Account Management is still down and showing the 404 error. Once we have a further update on when everyone should be able to access it again we will definitely let you know.

I completely understand people's frustrations in this matter and hopefully we can get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

   Sorry Nogris, but I don't. I still have basically the same answer for people and that is that they try to hit a 12:00pm pacific time release goal however, that is not ironclad. It could be later in the afternoon or in the evening even. Until otherwise notified of changes or issues that may cause a delay, everything at this point is on schedule.
