UPDATE 9:26 PM PDT - The hardware replacement has been completed and we are now in the process of updating the replacement hardware's firmware. We anticipate this update to take approximately 2 hours. Once this update has completed we will begin testing the replacement and the realms for stability. We will provide another update in approximately one hour.
UPDATE 8:22 PM PDT - The hardware replacement is progressing, we are still anticipating this emergency maintenance to last until late tonight. Information on new developments will be limited during the installation phase of the replacement. We do hope to have further information available once the installation is complete, in approximately one hour.
UPDATE 7:09 PM PDT - We have been informed that the hardware necessary to resolve the failure which has affected the below realms is now on-site at our facility. Our hardware vendor will be working with us in the coming hours to replace the failed part. We will provide another update in approximately one hour on the progress of the repairs.
UPDATE 5:59 PM PDT - Work is progressing as expected. Nothing significant to report at this time, but we shall continue to keep you posted.
UPDATE 4:56 PM PDT - We are continuing to work with engineers and our vendors to secure the appropriate hardware and have it available for on-site installation. Hopefully, this installation should begin within the next few hours.
UPDATE 3:47 PM PDT - We are continuing to coordinate with hardware vendors and plan necessary steps to resolve our current issues. Thank you for bearing with us. As an additional note, Account Management and Paid Character Transfers will be disabled for the duration of this issue.
UPDATE 2:50 PM PDT - We have isolated the issue and determined the cause to be hardware related. We are currently working with our vendors to replace the affected hardware at our site. Our current, rough ETA is 11:59 PM PDT for the realms to return to service. We will update in an hour, when we should have new information available and are closer to a resolution.
UPDATE 2:21 PM PDT - Unfortunately, we are experiencing continuing issues with these realms and need to bring them down once again. We are working as quickly as possible to return these realms to service.
UPDATE 11:51 PM PDT - These realms should be coming back up momentarily.

UPDATE 11:18 PM PDT - We will be continuing to provide status updates in the Breaking News window at the account login screen when first launching the game. Please check the Breaking News window for any future updates concerning this issue.
UPDATE 10:31 PM PDT - We have found that the firmware version may not have been the cause for some of the issues we were seeing once the hardware replacement was complete, and we are continuing to troubleshoot the issue with our vendor. We are currently anticipating a delay which would extend the previous estimate of 11:59 PM PDT by at least a few hours. We will provide another update in approximately one hour with a finalized update to the current estimate.
