Subject: Prepaid transfers
Blizzard, I am not too sure where I would go to ask my first question about this, but how many methods are available to pay for this? I dont use a credit card, nor does the rest of my family.

And if thats the only way to transfer a character, I would like to suggest making it so you can get something similiar to a game card to transfer characters over.

Me and my brother really want to reunite in the vast world of Azeroth, but without a credit card I dont know if thats possible or not?

I was asked to forward this too general forums..

Currently, a credit card is the only method of payment we have available. We are looking into alternative payment options, but can make no definite statements beyond that.

If your debit card has a logo of a credit company on it, your bank has made a deal with them to issue certain cards which can operate both as a credit card and a debit card. When you go to the grocery store and pay for items by selecting debit or credit, there is a difference. Some places may not do debit transactions, but may do credit transactions.

The paid character transfers are a credit transaction. Your debit card may work, but only if it has been endorsed by a credit card company to operate as a credit card. Otherwise, it is just a debit card.

This post is dangerously off-topic.
