If the new cross-realm battlegrounds will mix faction players from various servers, could this open up a window for cross-realm trade? Will Dun Baldar become like a flea market or a street bazaar?

You will not be able to trade with other people from other realms. You will still only be able to trade with people within your own realm.

Conjured items such as Food, Water, Healthstones, etc. will be tradeable.

And, as far as I know, I do not think you can 'stick' to your realm. You are thrown in the pool with everyone else. However, you can enter as a group with a friend or two and all enter the same BG.
