i've had this thread in tech support for 1 month as of the 4th of july. my problems in AV have been going on much longer than that. 1 month i've kept that thread there. i do not believe it's unreasonable for me to expect a response withing A FREAKIN MONTH!!!!! there's many other threads by other people having the same problems in alterac valley and it's not even acknowledged.
i've waited a month, and i'm way past irritated. i shall now spam til i get a forum ban, because well, i might as well have not even posted it ON THE TECH SUPPORT FORUM if i needed help WITH A TECHNICAL PROBLEM.

Aside from posting in the forum (where a response is not guaranteed) you may try calling or e-mailing our technical support department, you can even send them a letter if you really need to.
Enjoy your vacation, just know it was wholly unecessary to resort to this.

You tell him to go to technical support, however his experience, along with many other players, is that technical support takes forever to respond, if at all. So you are basically telling them to go post in an area which he's already not getting a response from. I think you should have atleast said "I will direct your tech support post to the proper channels" or something.
