In order to assist as many customers as possible with the new Paid Character Transfer service, Blizzard Billing & Account Services will be available for special Saturday hours from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 1. We will also be open for regular 9:00 AM -6:00 PM hours to assist customers on Independence Day (Tuesday, the 4th of July).
All times listed are Pacific Time. The number for Billing & Account Services is 800-59-BLIZZARD (800-592-5499); users located in Australia should please use 1-800-041-378. Keep in mind that you can also send an email any time to billing@blizzard.com for assistance as well!
