The website "beta" has been up for almost a month now, the forum atleast 2 or 3 weeks. A lot of us have been busting our asses finding and reporting bugs and wracking our brains with suggestions. Where are they Blizzard? I thought for sure they'd be implemented once 1.11 came out, to herald in the new patch, but still we trudge through the same crappy, sub-par site and crappy, sub-par forums while you have the sleek, shiny new website and featureful and...well, let's face it, WORKING forums!
Some might argue "they're not quite done yet", but if we waited until they're "done" then they'd never be released. There's a certain amount of apparent "incompleteness" that comes with dynamic online content. It's one of the simplest laws of programming: "Bugs happen." It doesn't mean you shouldn't release that program because there MIGHT be a bug SOMEWHERE in the program, because there will ALWAYS be a bug. I'd rather deal with small bugs here and there, being dealt with dynamically than a forum and WOW main website experience that I can only describe as second-hand, sub-par, unprofessional, and given the other "world" sites featuring World of Warcraft, including WOWChina and EU WOW, un-fair to your biggest player base: the Americas.
It's over-due, Blizz. Come on now.
NOT posting on my level 1 alt because if it pisses off the blues that much they can ban my butt reguardless.[ post edited by Marow ]

It's not quite done yet. ;)
I don't think it will be too much longer but I don't have an ETA on when for sure sorry. I feel your pain. I really do.
I am looking forward to the new website and forums myself. The extra functionality will make things much easier for everyone.

Ok guys. That's enough. You're all pretty. ;)
Please don't turn this into nation bashing or anything else.

Q u o t e: Sorry there Nethaera but "I understand, I feel your pain" empathy only lasts for so long... I work in customer service myself for a huge gaming company... yes I mean huge, I'm a tier 2, you lose customers after giving so much empathy that they just get fed up with all your excuses... how about provided real answers instead?
I provide them every chance I get Hokuten. I'm strange in that I believe in being as honest as I possibly can without getting myself in trouble. That means, if I say something it's the truth as it is at that time. If I say I can't tell you something, then it means I can't. If I say I'm going to try to find out an answer it means I will. If I say I understand and empathize, I do.
There is always a method to my madness. I've worked customer service myself in many capacities in my life and honesty has always worked far better than any lie. Besides, I'm a terrible liar. I don't even believe myself if I try. ;)
I even admit when I'm wrong if I'm wrong about something. Shocking I know but please don't call Geraldo to investigate.
