I've been waiting so long for these account to account transfers and now you're screwing me with a minor, MINOR detail.
I want a toon from my fiance's account to my account. I pay for both accounts with the SAME CREDIT CARD, we have the SAME ADRESS, and yet, because her account is in HER name and mine is in MY name you're telling me that I can't do an account transfer? This is insane! Are you seriously telling me that I'll never be able to transfer it because of this ONE minor detail? WE LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE for Christ's sake.
I seriously want to hear your response to this and don't load me up on all this "oh well we have to protect form ebayers" garbage. These are MY accounts just like the guidlines say and yet you won't let me transfer.

We are aware that many people would like to do character transfers within their own households. It is something that is being discussed but there are no plans to change this as of right now.
I wish I could give you a better answer but this is the most I can tell you right now. We'll let people know as soon as possible if there are any changes in this policy however.

She would most likely need to contact billing directly with her security information to get it changed.
