First, thank you Blizzard for putting together this service for your customers. I realize you will make money from this but we are happy to pay it and I think this is a win-win for everyone involved.
Unfortunately, my server isn't on the list yet? When new servers are added to the list, where will this be announced? On the front page, in the forums, or should we be checking account management?

You should be able to check the forums regularly for updates and also the front page of the website.

I can't answer that with a number other than to say it will be done incrementally so that we can keep an eye on the systems to make sure they don't get too severely overloaded.
