I want to know if there's any possibilities for people that does not have a credit card to transfer characters through servers.
I'm not saying I'm too young, I do have a credit card myself, but I do not wish to use my credit card to transfer my little sister's character.
Will there be "Character Transfer Pre-paid cards" or something similar to that?

At this time, paid character transfers require a credit card for payment. We may expand this in the future, but there are no specifics to that right now.
