Yeah, I've got a 60 Rogue that has been 60 for quite some time. And I'm deciding to roll a caster (Anything with Mana). Just not a Paladin because I'm a Horde type of person. :) So I was wondering what would be a good caster that is easy to level, good in PvP, and helpful in Groups/Raids. If you guys could help me choose that would be great, thanks.

You've gotten some good ideas from people here and I'll give a little input of my own. I only listed pure casters but Shaman and Druids have their own appeal as casters as well though they are still hybrids.
It really depends on what you enjoy most.
Warlocks are great if you like having a pet and they are to some the top PvP class. They are also very useful for raids both as a means to get everyone to the location via summons as well as for mob control in some areas. (banish)
Priests are great for PvP from many sides. It depends on if you want to get damage done and go shadow or if you want to be supportive to a team by going with more healing power. No matter what though, unless you run solo alot and you are a selfish priest, you are going to heal more than you ever do damage. (This can change in PvP situations however depending.) Of course they are essential (though some would argue this) for raids.
Mages are a great damage dealer. They have some good defensive skills as well but are more about doing damage and getting the deed done. Some would also refer to them as the vending machine for things like water and food. They are great for both PvP and PvE but it still comes down to spec and playstyle.
My suggestion would be to try a little of each and see what you find the most enjoyable.[ post edited by Nethaera ]
