Yes I would like to know everything there is about this account to account transfer feature because I really need it due to some issues. I am lookign forward to knowing about its date release, its complete function, cost fee and how actually all will work. I have read on other forums about it but I dont really see complete ideas about it

We haven't released any final information regarding how it will work or final pricing. That information is likely to be released when the service goes live. We're currently planning for a summer release for the paid character transfer service.
