On the test server the Zanza potions purchased from spending bijous (honor tokens) for those who have achieved a reverred status with the Zandalar Tribe will no longer persist through death, making them almost worthless in several situations that I believe they were intended for. The 10% speed (swiftness) was clearly a PvP oriented potion, however now that it is removed after you die once, it is absolutely not worth spending the honor token on it. The same goes for the Spirit potion, which gives tanks an extra 500 hit points to work with when trying to learn new encounters, (which I might add that all progressing guilds up until this point have had the availablility to do so) will no longer be an option for new and upcoming guilds as of 1.11.
Changing the number of tokens to purchase these potions from 3 to 1 does not justify the nerf to prevent them from being removed upon death. These potions are unique, so unless you are using them in STV (yeah...) it is not practical to just go and get another one.
Please, I beg of you do not let this change go live, or at least not go live in its current state. There are other options such as removing the "Unique" tag from the potion and limit it to perhaps 5 like you have with the PvP Combat Health/Mana potions from the Hall Of Legends vendor.
Please strongly reconsider making some changes. Thank you.

Our feeling is that they will still add something to the game, but will be used mostly where they were intended to be beneficial. They will of course continue to be useful, but we wanted to move away from them being player-created 'requirements' for far away encounters.
We are building a forum of extraordinary magnitude.

Having to make decisions based on variables will force the product to be changed beyond what was originally intended.
In more appropriate terms, if the designers have to assume everyone has every buff available from every corner of the world, then the encounter has to be tuned to counter-balance it. At that point the buffs are required for the encounter due to the raised difficulty banking on the presence of those buffs. That moves them beyond a helpful boost in a fun encounter to something that is tedious and annoying because everything is too hard to beat without them.
I exaggerate slightly to help make my point, but the thought process on how design and balance would revolve around their implicit use is sound.
