Having players who are not directly involved with account admin matters emailing that team is not going to help your situation. Rallying for a cause is not going to change the outcome of the investigation, whether it be faster, better or more favorable.
Channels are provided and should be used, but neither I nor the Account Admin team can guarantee a specific resolution.
