Subject: Insulting Customers My Complaint
I am tired of CM's insulting customers on these boards.
I want a supervisor or someone in charge to stop this.
How about some manner of respect for your customer. Yeah I know some are difficult and even insult you, but that is no excuse for some of the dirt throwing I see coming from CM's. Visit the mage forums I mean come on people.
If you wanna suck up to this company and accept this type of behavior be a fanboy, but at the end of the day we are customers that help pay your salary if we all dissappeared you would be job less.
Show some type of respect. This is 15 years of Customer Service/Sales/Working with public talking to you.
Easy to insult someone online try that crap face to face doesn't go over smooth.
If you dont like taking heat CM's find another job. It's your job to be a buffer between us and devs. Sure I know it gets tough. You got devs that probably dont give details and customers who want details.
Its the nature of the monster that is industry. Deal with it.
