Seiously.
The Uther server is all jacked up right now. Mad lag, you get booted every 30 seconds or so. Everyone in game is ravaing mad about it.
And on the Forums they say
"All is well, the planned unexpected problems have been resolved, we're still working to continue to fix the planned unexpected outages."

I just logged onto Uther with three separate characters in different parts of the world and noticed no latency or discernable problems, nor was anyone complaining of lag in the major cities. We have not tracked any increase in database latency for any of the five realms that were down tonight.
I have to assume at this point that your concern is genuine and is not intended to 'shake the jar'. If you are having issues I can only recommend petitioning a GM or contacting our Technical Support department as the realm itself appears to be running quite well at this point.
