We are still in the process of investigating the cause of the loss of connection for these realms. Our on-site engineers are in the process of running various tests on the realm hardware in attempts to find the cause. We will provide another update in approximately 30 minutes.

We have identified a facility issue at our World of Warcraft site and we are currently in the process of moving hardware for the below realms to a different location of the site. We are working with the facility engineers for this hardware movement and are currently estimating these realms to be available at approximately 10:30 PM PDT. We will provide another update in one hour.

Our facility engineers are continuing to progress on the hardware relocation and our network operations team is in the process of configuring and testing the realms as they are moved. We appear to be well on track to have the below realms up before the estimated 10:30 PM PDT. We will provide another update in one hour.

Our final tests have been completed with positive results and the below realms are now once again live and accepting players. We have put a workaround in place by moving specific realms to strategic locations within our World of Warcraft site. We will be continuing to work with our facility engineers to investigate and resolve the problems which resulted in the unexpected issues this evening.
