In our ongoing efforts to improve game performance we're migrating the following five realms to a brand new World of Warcraft site. This migration will begin during our standard weekly maintenance on Tuesday, June 6. In order to prepare for this migration we will be extending our normal maintenance window by two hours, beginning at 3:00 AM PST.

Cenarion Circle
Hyjal
Lightbringer
Uther
We anticipate the above realms to be down for a total of approximately 18 hours. In addition, due to the process involved with the migration, realms operating from the current site as those being migrated will be down for an estimated 12 hours. These affected realms have been detailed below.

The goal with this realm migration is to further balance our player population between multiple World of Warcraft sites. We plan to provide regular updates during the migration process, so please be sure to stay tuned.

Update 2:27 PM PDT: The migration process is taking longer than we had originally anticipated and at this time we estimate the following five realms to remain down until 11:00 PM PDT. We are however, very pleased to state that we're nearing the completion of work involving the associated realms. Which means that we expect all World of Warcraft realms, excluding the five migrating, to be up in approximately one hour.
We'll provide another status update shortly.

Update 1:29 PM PDT: Our Tuesday morning maintenance has completed, and all realms excluding those involved with the migration process have been made available. As previously announced, we're in the process of migrating the following five realms to a brand new World of Warcraft site.

We anticipate the above realms to be down for approximately 8 more hours. In addition, due to the process involved with the migration, realms operating from the current site as those being migrated are also down. We anticipate making these realms available in approximately 2 more hours. These realms have been detailed below. You'll notice the list much smaller now, as we successfully concluded the necessary work involved with the migration process on several realms.

Update 1:12 PM PDT: We're still in the process of bringing up each realm from this morning's maintenance. We will provide an update very shortly. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Update 12:15 PM PDT: We're aware that several realms are still unavailable from this morning's maintenance. Our network technicians noticed a last minute issue when bringing up each realm, and now anticipate all realms with the exception of those involved with the migration process to be up by 1:30 PM PST. Please also note, we are still on track to have each realm involved with today's migration up within the time frames originally detailed (see below).
Update 11:10 AM PDT: Our Tuesday morning maintenance has completed, and we're in the process of bringing each realm up now, excluding those involved with the migration process. All realms not listed below should be available within the hour.
