Frost Resist Set
Fire Resist Set
Shadow Resist Set
Arcane Resist Set
Nature Resist Set
Healing Set
Bear Tank Set
Caster DPS Set
Cat DPS Set
Each of these sets takes up 14-15 slots.
This leaves me 2 bags (between inventory and bank)for my potions/bandages/hearth consumables, keys, quest items, trinkets, and "Other Stuff"
All of this is soul bound, so alt mules is out of the question.
I know that key rings are coming out, but that frees up a total of.. what, 8 slots?
Is there any suggestion or hope in the future that I might be able to actually carry all the things I want, or am I going to have to simply shard a set or two of my stuff to merely be able to get my quest items and consumables?

There have been quite a few design discussions on storage space and how to address the space issues some players find themselves running into. While 1.11 will have some very nice space saving features (including a new 18 slot available from the Argent Dawn), we're actively discussing other ways to provide players with additional storage space.

Q u o t e: screw more space, just make things stack higher, rugged leather should stack as high as my symbols of divinity.
Thanks for reminding me! In 1.11 Leather, Cured Hides, Enchanting Shards, Enchanting Dusts, Flash Powder, Rogue Poisons, and Rogue Poison Reagents will all now stack to 20. Uncured Hides will now stack to 10.

Q u o t e: How about keep the storage space the same and have less resist fights.
We're actually thinking about going towards something we're internally calling 'Wofu' in the expansion, which makes each boss a giant block of Tofu. They all function with the same movements and attacks, but their amount of health will be dramatically varied which should really make for some interesting, fun, and engaging game play.
