The simplest way to reduce the amount of transfers is to make it so you can only transfer 1 character per account every month. Then it won't, no CAN't, be abused.
I do mind paying for a character transfer, and I think Blizzard has a lot of nerve to make us pay. Why? Because we already pay for the game monthly and BLIZZARD WILL NOT FIX THE 600 PERSON QUEUES ON THEIR SEVERS. When Blizzard has stable, no lag, no wait servers I would gladly pay for them to transfer my character but beyond that they should be fixing my server or transfering my character.[ post edited by Fischsemmel ]
