OK, it reads as
"Your Blizzard spell has a 30% chance to be uninterruptible."
I just don't get it. When you're casting blizzard, usually you're standing away from your target. In fact, is there any mage who's retard
enough willing rush into mobs/players and do a blizz? (We have arcane explosion anyways).
So what's the point?
It will be much nicer if devs can change it to a +spell dmg bonus like T1.

I tried really hard to get the set to provide a '+1 to Teleport', alas I was laughed at and refused.
