Game Masters are available 24/7 to provide in-game support via the petition system. You can create an in-game petition request by selecting the red question mark (?) located on the bottom control panel while logged into the Wolrd of Warcraft. :)
Also! Game Master moderate and assist via our Customer Service Forum which you can find here: https://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.aspx?forumName=wow-customer-service
I would strongly advise checking through the sticky posts prior to creating a new thread, as there is a wealth of information there and your question may already be answered (not to mention that they are just a good read!).
