I have three accounts. All three accounts are really nice but I would like them to be on a single account. I cannot afford three accounts so I play one account a month. I know Blizz mentioned it some time ago, any word on when it may happen?
Maybe if I write a long letter saying how I love the game but cannot afford three accounts? Heh...

If that's your logic, what about spouses that share an account and wouldn't mind purchasing a second if they could transfer a character off of the original? He also mentioned he only pays for a single account at a time.
That aside, we're continuing to work on our paid character transfer service. We have no estimate as to its availability at this time however.
