So, I see from the notes that a flight path is going to be added to Ratchet. However, it doesn't say if it is only a Horde path, or if it will be like every other goblin town (Booty Bay, Everlook, Gadget) and have both a horde and alliance path.
Anyone from the PTR know? Or Blue?

There are a number of flight paths that will connect from Ratchet. Looking at their destinations should clarify whether they are usable by Horde or Alliance, as they are available to differing faction flight points.
