	Counterspell - Fixed a bug that made Counterspell unresistable. Does this include improved CS, because the talent reads 100%? So when pulling a caster with imp CS there is a chance it will be resisted now in 1.11?

	If we meant that, it would have referred to the talented ability of Improved Counterspell. The patch note is referring to Counterspell. To live outside the law, one must be honorable
