Can we please get an update as to what the hell is happening with our server? For the past 2-3 weeks we have been experiencing severe chat lag followed by a server crash, and then difficulty getting back into the server almost every single day with absolutely no word as to why or that the issue is even being acknowledged. Oh, and can we please get an answer more than "we are working on the issue, thankyou for your patience" because it's been almost 3 weeks, thats 3 realm maintenances, and still no word :( ..
