Pe all games I have seen and the conventions of how slots are being used brings the idea of how the WOW bank works rather leaves a feeling of scorn and being ripped off.
When I first saw the bank and saw all the slots and thought the slots below represent the slots above.....
But no... each slot below is only a place holder for bags...
Not a very good system. For being a bank it should offer an unlimited supply of space if so the user wishes and has the money for it.

He is saying that he thought the slots where you can place bags were actually tabs that you could select to unlock other bank "pages", the same size as the original. It isn't an uncommon mistake.
