We will certainly offer the 1.11 patch on the PTRs though, and we are currently planning to have it available in a few weeks.

The reviews weren't done simultaneously, so information for mages (which were started first) is obviously more concrete and more can be shared. While the shaman review progresses there is a certain amount of flux, and information really can't be shared until it has congealed to at least an almost final state. Keep your legplates on, information will come.





How is it that you plan to open the test realm for 1.11 'in a few weeks' while you have not released even a hint of what changes shamans well see?
