UPDATE 5:16pm These realms will be issued restarts within the next half-hour.
In addition, our programming team has been adding diagnostic applications to monitor performance issues such as these and root out the underlying cause of the recurring issues.

UPDATE 6:00pm Shattered Hand is having difficulty returning to service after the restart and is continuing to be addressed by our network team. Mannoroth appears to be accessible after the restart.
