Is it my imagination or is there really no clear path for the Paladin when leveling up? (where did I miss it?)

Let' say a player doesn't go to sites where they tell you what to do and how to do it but just simply plays their character.

I'm just wondering where or how I missed the exit, so to speak.

Well, everyone participates in and completes the same quests, regardless of class. There are no specific linear quest lines for each character class, at least not all the way through the game. You should be taking and completing as many quests as possible to advance your character. You will do some specific Paladin quests, but the majority of the game is open for all classes to experience it together.

If you happen to be RPing your way through, then any enemy felled is a victory for justic and the light.
