	We are aware of the problems and issues affecting many servers, I won't reply there as that would not be fair to other realms also experiencing the same, or similar performance issues. I will however offer an apology to everyone affected by recent or long standing realm troubles. We are certainly aware of them, and our technicians are here around the clock every day to help ensure a smooth play experience. As far as more tangible improvements, we are continuing to implement the new hardware detailed in Ordinn's post (https://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general&t=7352436&p=1&tmp=1#post7352436) and we will certainly continue to make similar posts and announcements as we take further measures to address performance issues.
