Since GMs usually take forever, I have taken the liberty of making a post here in hopes of catching someone's attention. We'd like to have this resolved now so Nefarian doesn't bug out on us as well.
- Master looter was online and not dead. We were able to loot the gold but no items are selectable. He is not skinnable, so there's something on his corpse still.

I'm sorry, you'll need to wait for a response from the Game Master department regarding any lost or missing items. I do not have the ability to provide you any information or reimbursement, it just isn't my job.
