Well your forums are broken right now or I'd find the specific Caydiem post that said it was coming in 1.10.
Blizzard didn't reimplement the ability to join LFG City channels from anywhere in the world. No mention of it anywhere, just another empty promise and a 'forgetting' about it come patch day. I'm sure by the time the forums search feature is fixed all of Caydiem's posts referring to it being returned in 1.10 will have been edited or delete, thanks.

Ironically, this is considered a fix, but a fix the designers felt was not needed. Thus, it needed to be "broken" again, and we couldn't break it in time for patch 1.10. We will shoot for the next major content patch.
