Subject: Custom User Interfaces
Following some changes and improvements to the user interface in patch 1.10 some players may experience problems with their custom user interfaces. To help us offer the best service possible to our players, before contacting the Technical Support or Game Master departments, please ensure that any problems you may be experiencing are not related to a custom user interface. If you are experiencing a problem only after patching the game, please exit your game client and delete or move the WTF, WDB, and Interface folders located in your World of Warcraft directory (default C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\). The standard interface and game settings will then be automatically restored when you next load the game client.
