For 3 days on the Honour Test Realm I have waited for some reply to the GM ticket I had lodged in conjunction with the 2 emails I sent to Blizzard, all with no reply.
I pay $40 AU for a 2 month game card each time and more and more lately I find myself questioning why I would spend any more money.
A simple answer to my lodged question was all that was required, nothing beyond your support teams ability to accomplish.... correction...
from the utter lack of response it was obviously beyond their ability to accomplish.
Blizzard your customer service is a poor reflection on what is otherwise an outstanding game.

The test realm's will almost always be unsupported by our support teams, that includes the Game Master and Technical Support groups. The one exception is that actual download and installation of the test client are supported by our Technical Support team, but not technical issues while playing (crashes, errors, etc.). Any bugs, technical issues, suggestions, discussion, etc. can be posted on the Test Realm forum though (https://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.aspx?fn=wow-realm-test).
