It seems as though in the next patch, everytime a Druid shapeshifts he will drop the flag. I know most of the classes are overjoyed with this change, but please see it in my perspective and tell me what you think.
In instances when you invite a strnger Druid in...honestly what do you expect him to do? Heal. That is all we are really good for. What about AV? Do Druids have a purpose other than healing or moonfire-spamming?
Arathi Basin is no different.
But Warsong Gulch...this is the one place people tell Druids to get in their forms and GO for the flag! It is the only battleground I play. Here we are not shoved into a corner to heal. Sure it is slightly unfair, but a single target CAN stop a Druid. Two targets can easily do it. Three should not have a problem at all.
BOTH factions have Druids. (And about Shamans...you can nerf them...they are not really true 'shapeshifters' =P )
Now think about this...how could a Druid possible cap the flag now? We cannot sprint, charge, blink, AoE immobilize, stun...and we are wearing leather armor with no 'Evasion' type spells. Those tricks are in our forms.
What does everyone else honestly think about this?[ post edited by Daclat ]

This is not an intended change. Any such experiences you may have with dropping the flag when shifting is a bug. Our QA team is looking into it now.
