We're currently working to resolve the technical issue that affected this morning's character-transfer process. We plan to restore character transfers tomorrow during standard weekly maintenance. Once restored, all characters that had transferred to the incorrect realm will be relocated to the intended transfer realm, and players will be able to rename these characters. Please note that it's very important for all players transferring their characters to first empty their in-game mailboxes, as the character transfer service doesn't transfer mail.
