Subject: Quest Experience to Gold Conversion
As stated in 1.10 patch notes:
"Previously, quest experience was wasted if one completed a quest at level 60. In this patch, any quests done at maximum level will have their experience reward converted to a healthy amount of gold, thus adding additional incentive to completing those quests in your log once you hit 60."

Will the experience gained in quests before the patch be ceverterd? Or I will never see the healty amount of gold? /cry

There will be no "backpay" from quests completed prior to 1.10 implementation. Sorry. :/

Q u o t e:
Blizzard: Screwing over the faithful for over 2 decades!

Someone explain to me how this is even remotely fair to the people that actually continued after 60?

I'm right there with you -- I have 3 60s at this point and I've done a lot of quests. However, this isn't something we were tracking prior, and the sudden explosion of gold in every 60's inventory would not be terribly good for the economy.
