Indeed. The Atal'ai are the priests who originally called forth Hakkar and worship him. While I'm not positive, I imagine the Hakkari tribe has something to do with him, as well. ;)

To the best of my knowledge, the main Troll belief system focuses around the Loa, or Primal Gods: Hir'eek the Bat, Kimbul (I believe) the Tiger, Ula-tek the Snake, Shadra the Spider, and Bethekk the Panther.

Shadra'Alor exists in the Hinterlands, and it's said that the Witherbark pay homage to Shadra primarily. The Shrine of Ula-tek is said to be located in Zul'Aman. And, naturally, you find High Priests of all Primal Gods within Zul'Gurub.

Aside from these, there is naturally the practice of voodoo, which is a focus of many Jungle Troll tribes, and the spirits involved in Shamanism. ;)

While that is vague, I'm aware, I hope it gives you a bit of a direction.

EDIT: Changed the name of the Tiger God -- thanks. Was working off a different source. ;)
