I've made a bunch of chars and played a mage and a shaman into the high 20's, but with a new server coming out I'm considering rerolling.
How long does it normally take to level to 60 on a PVE realm and a PVP realm?
I know the class makes a difference but most likely a priest or other caster.

According to your account history, the 45 you are currently posting on has taken that amount of time alone for you. The 60 you have has long since passed that, but who am I to say you didn't get your one 60 to that level within the 7 days you advertised? In any case, everyone plays at a different pace. Personally I much prefer enjoying the experience of the game and questing as opposed to leveling as fast as possible. There is always something new to do or a quest you did not do before. Of course, everyone plays their own way. However quickly you do get there, I highly recommend trying to enjoy it.
