Just seems like this situation could have been handled just a bit more professionally, even if it is in response to 10 year old troll posts.
I look at it as firing a flare. If you don't make it big and flashy, some people might miss it.
THe fact that you are nit-picking my attitude in the face of what I have just seen is a tad absurd.
Any slightly responsible and authoritative attitude might seem like that in the face of porn, obscenity and adolescent outbursts.

Obviously you are upset, but coming here and calling people punks and saying you are "pissed" just seemed a little different than what I am used to seeing from Blizzard employees.
Well, I'm not here to do what you are used to. I am here (on my off-time) to keep this a decent and respectable place for a very large community of players. The comments of "punks" and "pissed" went out to particular people and you should be sure in knowing they were quite aware of who they were. Are you going to criticize the cop who might forcefully grab or use harsh language to a person who is publically masterbating? If you think tonight's events aren't analogous, then you didn't see events as I did.
I would appreciate it if you didn't assume to know my duties and how I should execute them.
