Currently, we are investigating an issue involving various guards in the faction capitols and holiday content. As some of you may have noticed, not all of the guards within a given city are accepting love tokens as expected. We are looking into the root cause of this and hope to have a comprehensive solution as soon as possible.
Some of the guards in the cities are responding properly, so it is still possible to complete an event. However, we hope to have all of them attentive to your affections in the near future.
